Oklahoma Business and Law Exam Prep Course

Plumbers in Oklahoma are required to take and pass a Business and Law exam. The state wants to ensure that business owners understand the basics of running a business, and more importantly, know the regulations that govern business practices in their state. This course will prepare you for the Business and Law portion of the plumber exam and is based on the relevant materials cited in the PSI Candidate Bulletin.​

We highly recommend that you purchase the NASCLA Business, Law and Project Management Guide as a study companion to this course. You are permitted to take the book into the exam, so we have designed the course around it. International Fuel and Gas Code

The International Fuel Gas Code® (IFGC®) establishes minimum requirements for plumbing systems using prescriptive and performance-related provisions. It is founded on broad-based principles that make possible the use of new materials and new plumbing designs. This course will review the basic provisions for appliance installation, combustion air, venting, fuel gas piping, ducting, ventilation and exhaust. Participants will gain an understanding how these requirements apply to design, plan review and inspection.
