How to Get a New Hampshire Journeyman Plumber License

  1. Meet the minimum experience requirements
    1. Be 18 years or older
    2. Have a letter written by a master plumber who supervised you stating that you are competent to be a journeyman plumber
    3. Have completed an approved apprenticeship training OR provide proof of out of state licensing
  2. Take and pass your exam
  3. Submit a completed application (along with test scores, required documentation and applicable fees) to the board
